Do you ship or sell internationally?
- At this time, we only ship products within the United States. Our PDF patterns remain available worldwide as instant downloads via our Etsy shop. Click here to purchase PDFs on Etsy. (https://textilly.etsy.com)
Do you sell wholesale?
At this time, wholesale ordering directly from Textilly Crafts is available for printed cross stitch patterns only.
Needlepoint canvases are available wholesale exclusively through Atlantic Blue Canvas, please contact them directly for ordering information.
PDF patterns, accessories and finishing items are retail only.
If you are a needlework shop interested in purchasing my cross stitch patterns, please complete the form on the wholesale page. Once approved, wholesale orders may be emailed and an invoice will be sent.
Wholesale cross stitch patterns are also available from Hoffman Distributing and Yarn Tree.
How do I download my PDF files?
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will be able to download your PDF files in two ways.
The first option is directly from the “Thank You” page. You should see a “Download” button that will allow you to download your digital purchases immediately.
If you do not see the button or accidentally leave the page before downloading, no worries. Your PDF files will also be sent to the email address used at checkout. The email typically arrives within a few minutes of purchase. If you do not receive it within an hour, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you experience a technical issue and do not receive your PDF files, please use the contact form below or email us at info@textilly.com.
Please note that we are happy to help you access your files, but we are only able to resend files for orders that show as completed and successfully paid through our website.
How much is shipping?
Shipping Rates as of May 2026
Free for orders over $50!
Flat Rate Shipping is currently $6.95 within the United States. Shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier pricing.
Internatioanl shipping is not available at this time.
When will my order ship?
If your order includes physical items, it will ship within 3-5 business days. Please note that if you select PDFs, all items are delivered via email and no items are shipped.
Who do I contact if my package is missing or damaged?
Once your order has shipped, delivery and transit are handled by the carrier. Please contact them directly with shipping concerns using the tracking number provided with your order shipping confirmation.
Most orders are shipped via USPS. This is a link for missing and lost mail. (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm)
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@textilly.com within 15 days of purchase and we will address the issue promptly.
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final. This policy applies to all items, including printed and digital patterns. Due to copyright protection, returns and refunds cannot be accepted.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, combine or cancel items.
Are sold-out items restocked?
Sold out patterns are usually restocked. Other items inlcuding kits, fabric, thread and accessories may be offered in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out. The best way to be notified of restocks is to enter your email on the product page. This will email you automatically when an item is restocked on the website.
